Sr. Manager, Marketing Operations

Narvar is hiring! As the Sr. Manager of Marketing Operations, you’ll oversee the platform execution and optimization of our marketing operations function. You’ll report to the Sr. Director of GTM Systems (a former Marketo Champion who’s done the job before) and work on a team with experts managing the tech stack across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. In this role, you’ll collaborate cross-functionally on business initiatives and leverage your passion for systems administration to deliver impactful, integrated solutions that support scalable growth.

Key Responsibility Areas:

Platform Ops (50%)

  • Serve as the primary administrator for core Marketing and BDR tools, including Marketo Engage, Marketo Measure, ZoomInfo, and Gong Engage
  • Own and optimize the integration between Marketo and Salesforce, ensuring smooth lead processing and data synchronization
  • Maintain a roadmap for operational initiatives, including lead scoring, data hygiene, compliance, attribution, and lead management processes
  • Establish and document guidelines, best practices, and operational workflows

Campaign Ops (10%)

  • Partner with the experiential marketing team to support live and virtual events, ensuring lead data is accurately routed to BDR teams for timely follow-up, both before and after events
  • Partner with the revenue marketing team to execute go-to-market strategies, focusing on accurate campaign attribution and reporting
  • Collaborate with content and revenue marketing teams to design and implement scalable, personalized nurture programs that drive engagement and conversions

Intelligence / Data Quality Ops (40%)

  • Use Salesforce to build reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights into campaign performance and our lead lifecycle
  • Champion data integrity by collaborating with GTM teams to keep contact data accurate and up to date
  • Leverage data enrichment tools to clean, normalize, and deduplicate data, ensuring proper lead-to-account association and segmentation
Your Impact:

Within 1 month, you will:

  • Connect with your colleagues and get oriented with marketing goals, tools, and processes
  • Begin contributing to campaign execution

Within 3 months, you will:

  • Develop a strong understanding of our systems, infrastructure, and reporting workflows
  • Identify opportunities to enhance platform administration and campaign processes
  • Establish your OKRs

Within 6 months, you will:

  • Deliver consistent actionable insights to optimize marketing performance
  • Build and own roadmap of improvements to our systems
  • Refine campaign execution processes
Qualifications:
  • Adobe Marketo Engage Expert or Master Certification
  • 7+ years of experience in business ops, marketing automation, demand gen, or similar roles
  • 4+ years of Marketo experience executing campaigns and developing operational systems
  • 2+ years of Salesforce experience, with a focus on reporting and system integrations
  • A strong grasp of how to integrate common GTM revenue systems, and a foundational understanding of technical concepts such as relational databases and APIs
  • Understanding of B2B sales processes, including lead routing and BDR qualification

Below is the estimated annual salary for this position and does not include the other components that make up a Narvar offer including: annual bonus, equity, and benefits.The range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across the US. Within the range, individual compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to, skill set, education and certifications, and work location. Narvar Pay Range$145,000—$175,000 USD
