We're looking for a Sr. Sourcer to join our Finance Recruiting team and use tools, data, and creativity to build targeted recruiting strategies and a strong network of experienced professionals. You'll be an internal and external representative of our values and innovative culture, interacting with hiring teams and candidates around the globe. 

What you’ll do:

• Partner with hiring managers and our recruiting team to understand hiring needs
• Identify, engage, and manage candidates that are a great fit for Pinterest
• Use our data and tools to continuously improve our overall effectiveness
• Strategically plan and execute pipeline for hard to fill roles
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with top talent in the industry

What we’re looking for:

• Skilled at using sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Gem) and applicant tracking systems to identify and engage passive, qualified candidates and manage them through the hiring process
• Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships with candidates and internal hiring teams alike
• Strong communication skills; able to articulate the unique value proposition of Pinterest and our open roles
• Ability to rigorously prioritize, organize, and multitask; simultaneously building and managing diverse candidate pipelines for multiple roles at varying stages in the process
• Strong analytical skills and ability to track sourcing metrics, draw insights, and translate into action
• Curiosity and problem solving mindset; able to learn about and source for novel roles, research talent availability, and develop creative solutions to sourcing challenges
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or equivalent experience
