A Brief Overview
The Talent Acquisition Consultant will play a pivotal role in making sure each colleague has a world-class
experience from first contact with TriNet through onboarding. As the primary point of contact for our
candidates and new colleagues, you will act as a brand ambassador, demonstrating our values in all of your
interactions. As the go-to person for all things related to scheduling and the candidate experience, as well as the
ongoing colleague experience, you will be a close partner with our recruiters, People Business Partners, hiring
managers, and other members of our Talent team.

What you will do
Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to coordinate and manage the on-site and remote interview
process.
Provide insight to local recruitment market and support recruitment marketing efforts.
Manage the process for background, creating offer break ups, offers, relocation and work cross-
functionally to provide a positive day one for new hires in the Hyderabad office.
Support recruitment events, meet-ups, and other talent branding and event needs.
Support all talent related programs such as new colleague onboarding, on-site One TriNet Life culture
programs, local early career /internship programs and other talent duties as assigned.

Find opportunities to improve our candidate experience and offer enhancements to driving a cohesive
local One TriNet culture and engagement.
Foster close relationships and collaborate with key members of the Talent Center of Excellence, People
Business Partners, local business leaders and the broader People team.
Support systems such as Oracle Recruit, Oracle Learn to ensure the most effective use and processes
with hiring and learning program management.
Apply TriNet standards to develop deliverables that are compliant with the TriNet style guide and
branding.
Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the manager’s discretion.
Education Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience Qualifications
Typically 2+ years of recruitment or talent management experience
Skills and Abilities
Familiar with human resources disciplines as it relates to talent acquisition and talent management.
Experience managing multiple projects under tight time constraints.
Ability to work with a distributed workforce across multiple time zones.
Self-directed, with solid time management skills in terms of completing workload and approaching
competing priorities.
Able to interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Excellent training skills, including dynamic and professional communication and presentation
capabilities, both virtual and in person
Experience working with Oracle HCM preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite/O365
