What you will be doing:

As a seasoned Talent Acquisition Partner, you will lead our Talent Acquisition efforts for a defined area (either doctors, medical staff or business roles) to achieve ambitious hiring goals. We plan to grow our staff base this year by at least 100 employees. Your expertise will enable you to forge robust partnerships with executives and hiring managers, deeply understanding their talent needs and driving strategic recruitment initiatives. You'll be instrumental in enhancing our candidate experience and refining our recruitment processes, backed by data-driven insights.

  What success looks like:

After 3 months you will immerse yourself in our company culture, understand our hiring needs, and establish strong relationships with key stakeholders. Begin leading recruitment strategies for critical roles, influencing the top funnel significantly and introduce innovations in the recruitment process to enhance efficiency. You will also have made your first hires. 

After 6 months you will have successfully filled several key positions, showcasing your ability to attract top talent. Your strategic adjustments based on data-driven insights will have started to show improvements in the hiring process, with a noticeable enhancement in the candidate experience and operational efficiency.

After 12 months you will have fully adapted to our dynamic environment, you will have made significant strides in optimizing our talent acquisition strategy. You'll be recognized as a critical strategic partner in talent acquisition, with a track record of successful hires and process improvements that align with our long-term objectives.

  Core skills & qualifications to help you succeed in this role:
  • Extensive experience in leading Talent Acquisition efforts within dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, proficient in English (German is a strong plus)
  • Proactive and self-driven, with a proven track record of driving projects independently.
  • Strong analytical skills, able to make informed decisions based on data.

  Your salary for this role will be (depending on experience & seniority):

€63.000 - €84.000 gross per year plus an attractive ESOP package
