The Opportunity:
As our Talent Development Specialist, you will work amongst our purposeful team to deliver creative and innovative learning and development content in a hands-on manner. If you are passionate about helping us create a best-in-class talent function through the lens of learning and development, we want to hear from you!
Your Mission:
- Work with the Talent Development team to design and develop learning and development initiatives in line with our People strategy
- Support the roll-out of commercetools’ first Leadership Development Program by taking ownership in developing elements of our leadership curriculum
- Support the continuation of our best in class performance management design and roll-out
- Take a data-centric approach to the development, delivery, and implementation of training and development programs
- Take ownership and deliver on assigned projects and tasks; examples of projects on our roadmap include globalizing the commercetools Internship Program and rolling out an in-house coaching program
- Work with subject matter experts to support departmental learning needs, including the creation of departmental learning plans
- Contribute to learning and development operations e.g. administering L&D tools, responding to queries with regards to personal development spending
- Work with the Talent Development Team in delivering relevant program analytics and metrics as needed
- Maintain knowledge of the latest trends in learning and talent development
What you need to succeed:
- 2+ years of experience working on Learning, Development and Talent programs
- Proven experience assessing, designing, and delivering impactful projects and/or programs
- Understanding of effective learning and development methods, team dynamics, and leadership development
- Data-driven and analytical problem solver
- Ability to work on multiple projects at once while prioritizing work effectively
- Excellent communicator in spoken and written English with the ability to prepare high quality presentations for multiple audiences
- Enthusiasm, optimism and team-oriented mindset
