Intro to the Talent Team

The Talent team at GoCardless is passionate about attracting amazing talent to drive our companies growth and the growth of the people within.

The Talent Partner is a vital role to support how we attract and hire individuals who want to join us on our vision to become the world's bank payment network.

The role

This interim 3 month role will support the end to end recruitment for our Operations and Go To Market teams, responsible for hiring high quality talent across London, Riga and other GoCardless office locations. It requires someone who cares deeply about the experience of candidates, paying attention to all the details that make their journey through the hiring process the best it can be from start to finish.

  • You have proven track record in an internal talent role supporting recruitment across operational and/or GTM roles
