Duties & Responsibilities:

Lincoln International LLC (“Lincoln”) is seeking a Training and Development Generalist to join our Talent Team to help foster and drive the brand, passion and culture that has been at the core of Lincoln’s success. The Training and Development Generalist position provides an excellent opportunity to work in a demanding, yet supportive, team-oriented environment, to support the administration, organization and coordination of Lincoln’s global training and development and performance management efforts.

The Training and Development Generalist should also demonstrate strong attention to detail, the ability to work professionally and efficiently in a deadline-driven environment and the willingness to take ownership of tasks from beginning to end.

We envision the Training and Development Generalist will be initially tasked with the following:

  • Providing support to the planning and coordination of Lincoln’s training programs (e.g., Summer Intern Training, Full-Time Training, Lateral New Hire Training, Direct Promote Training, Global Officer Training, Continuing Education Training), including:
    • Serving as support to the Training & Development Coordinator with the creation of training schedules for all of Lincoln’s training programs and appointing training session leaders
    • Assigning new joiners to onboarding learning paths and sharing relevant training materials with new joiners
    • Coordinating travel, lodging and logistics for new hires traveling to Lincoln-Chicago for training programs, as needed
    • Training and Development Generalist
    • Creating administrative materials (i.e., nametags, resume books) for Lincoln training programs
    • Managing invoicing for third party training vendors
  • Supporting Lincoln’s Learning Management System, including:
    • Serving as support to the Training & Development Coordinator on the administration of Lincoln’s Learning Management System (“LMS,” “Lincoln U Online”)
    • Building custom courses and scheduling training sessions in Lincoln U Online for all global offices
    • Creating new user accounts in Lincoln U Online and assigning relevant training material
    • Maintaining accurate system reporting in Lincoln U Online to enable year-end reporting on individual employee training activities
    • Maintaining globally centralized record of local programming, including quarterly continuing education, third-party coaching, and regulatory and compliance training by office
    • Managing the Lincoln University email inbox and answering any employee questions related to Lincoln University
  • Supporting Lincoln’s Performance Management System including:
    • Serving as support to the Training & Development Coordinator on the administration of Lincoln’s Performance Management System (“Avature”)
    • Assisting in the execution of performance management processes in the U.S. and globally, including performance cycle set up, administration, and reporting
    • Preparing and distributing review meeting materials for U.S. employee review cycles
    • Managing the creation of user accounts
    • Managing the Review Meeting email inbox
  • Providing other general administrative support related to the Talent Team, possibly to include:
    • Scheduling meetings
    • Making travel arrangements
    • Additional Talent-specific tasks
  • Participating in general ad hoc projects and assignments across the Talent function, as assigned.

Other Qualifications:

  • Minimum 0-2 years of experience in a Talent and/or Human Resources Role
  • Strong writing, verbal communication, and computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Bachelor’s Degree
