Vice President, Talent Management

The ChallengeReporting to the Chief People Officer, the VP, Talent Management will consult to understand learning needs, influence, and build alignment through strong relationships, and build deep business knowledge in areas of focus. This HR leader will partner across the OneTrust leadership teams to create an integrated approach to employee experience.
Your Mission- Key areas of focus include, Employee Experience, Working@OneTrust, Onboarding, Employee Engagement and Performance
- Be a key thought leader in developing and growing OneTrust’s culture
- Oversee the execution of talent management programs and planning processes, including goal setting, performance processes, promotion and on-going check-in coaching and feedback processes
- Instill a culture of formal and informal feedback and recognition across OneTrust, where our team feels valued, motivated, and empowered to contribute their best work.
- Collaborate with leadership teams and HRBPs on leader organization design and development planning, helping to strengthen and build out the leadership talent bench across the organization.
- Build strong partnerships with our Senior leadership team to create frameworks to support the development, engagement and inclusion of multiple groups
- Develop and lead OneTrust’s DEI strategy and programming
- Create a comprehensive learning and development strategy, informed by the organization's business strategy, learning needs, and emerging technology and tools.
- Translate strategy into actionable plans with clear priorities, roles and responsibilities, timelines, and measurable goals.
- Develop a thoughtful change management mindset and orientation to all programs and actions
- Align with key business stakeholders to ensure "the right learning at the right time for the right team member" – focusing on the areas of highest importance to the organization.
- Understand drivers and critical factors influencing employee engagement and partner with others to develop approaches to increase engagement across the employee lifecycle.
- Partner with business leaders to develop and execute a comprehensive plan to build a sustainable talent pipeline across all disciplines and foster a talent mindset across the leadership team.
- Champion, role model, and embed OneTrust’s Core Values into the fabric of our business, partnering closely with related teams.
- Enhance on-going Onboarding programs to scale for the future needs of the organization
- Build and lead a high-performance team, providing coaching and development opportunities.
- Related Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years of progressive and increasingly responsible roles in leading talent management and the development of high-performing team members across a variety of disciplines and organizational levels; Graduate degree in Organization Psychology or related areas of study a plus
- Demonstrated experience creating scalable and innovative talent programs addressing employee development, leadership development, career planning & development, employee engagement.
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering training programs around a variety of functional and competency-based subject areas.
- Strong business acumen and demonstrated ability to partner closely with business leaders and translate business objectives and requirements into high-impact programs with tangible and measurable results for the business.
- Exceptional at relationship management, networking, negotiation, and prioritization.
- Strong cross-functional leadership with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.

For California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington-based candidates: the annual base pay range for this role is listed below. Within this range, individual pay is determined by several factors, including location, job-related skills, work experience, and relevant education and/or training. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, equity, and/or commissions, as well as benefits.

Beyond that, we give our leaders and teams the flexibility to set additional guidelines based on the nature of your role.
- Location-flex: Similar to other companies’ remote policies, for OneTrust “Location-flex" roles, you will primarily work from your home office location. However, you may be required to travel to our OneTrust offices or customer sites periodically based on the nature of your role.
