Role:Account Executive (FTC - 12 months)

Location:  Hybrid / London, United Kingdom (required to attend the office twice weekly)

 

ROLE MISSION

Working in true collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders to support a number of key processes. Working across Own Retail, Sports Performance, Originals Campaign Activation and Commercial Moments Campaign Activation, you will provide planning and administrative support to facilitate effective ways of working.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation of team POs related to campaigns, including tracking of raised orders.
  • Assist in the day-to-day management of campaigns (across Own Retail, Sports Performance, Commercial Moments & Originals) by running key processes and supporting a diverse range of projects.
  • Utilising our digital tool DAB (Digital Asset Box) to open and manage DAB orders for ISC (in-store communications) for generic campaigns. Informing clusters and supporting the team with the creation of additional orders that are needed. (Outlet, Originals and Sports Performance teams).
  • Manage the language translation process for European toolkits as required, for implementation of campaign tools.
  • Assist in and coordinate projects and assignments as required, carrying out general administrative support tasks (below). 
  • Conduct research into competitors regarding campaign execution in-store/online.
  • Support the implementation of key priorities in line with the company and the Market Europe framework across all digital platforms.
  • Aid the execution of flawless digital consumer journey, and membership experience and land an end-to-end digital process for our own retail and franchise stores.

General support tasks

  • Maintain vacation overview for the EU Retail Team
  • Support the team in creating announcements and newsletters.
  • Proofreading of documents/presentations
  • Participate in and provide administrative support on weekly team meetings.
  • Support with digital asset management tool maintenance
  • Act as an information hub, a primary point of contact for digital execution matters, as support for all markets in the region

  • Cluster Retail Marketing, Europe Omni-channel VM, Europe DTC merchandising, Field Teams (Retail Director, DMs, VM, Operations, etc.), Europe Business Unit Comms Teams, Europe Omni-channel Team,
  • Global Omni-channel Market Activation, Agencies and Vendors, Global VM&ISC, Global Business Unit Retail Marketing Teams, Store Development

 

WHAT SKILLS WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL 

Knowledge, Key Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Fluent in English
  • Additional languages beneficial (German, Spanish, French, or other European languages)
  • Good communication skills 
  • Good organizational skills
  • Service oriented

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • Marketing degree and 1 year of industry-relevant working experience
  • OR at least 3 years industry related experience
  • First work experience within a retail or marketing role
  • Proven experience with retail needs
  • Affinity to digital tools, solutions
