What You’ll Do

  • Work as a receptionist, providing clerical and administrative support. 
  • Welcome visitors & staff in a professional and polite manner. 
  • Manage incoming and outgoing courier services and arrange mailings. 
  • Assist in general office administration, supporting staff activities, and handling related matters. 
  • Set up and manage meeting room facilities to ensure they are ready for use. 
  • Maintain the office environment to ensure cleanliness, organization, and functionality.
  • Replenish pantry items such as snacks, beverages, and office supplies to support the team's needs. 
  • Coordinate office janitorial and maintenance requirements with external vendors.
  • Work as translation coordinator to coordinate internal translation requests, communicate with external translators, conduct preliminary quality checks, maintain translation glossaries and support efficient translation processes.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as required.

 

What You’ll Need

  • University student.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
  • Highly responsible and accurate, with attention to detail.
  • Quick learner with an analytical approach to problem-solving as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Honest and trustworthy.
  • Strong team player with a willingness to participate and help others

The office hours for this position are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Thursday.
