We use public mobilization and storytelling to help leading organizations, activists, businesses, and philanthropies engaged in this fight, and we create campaigning labs and new initiatives that can shift policies and change public narratives when it matters most.To do this, Purpose brings together world-class talent from the world of creatives, content development, storytelling, campaigning, grassroots organizing, and political strategy to build new creative campaigning models.Guided by smart strategy and powered by participation, our work reframes issues, engages new audiences, shifts public discourse, and ultimately drives targeted action and creates lasting impact. Join the team that made all this work!

ABOUT LIVE + BREATHE PROJECT

LIVE + BREATHE uses art, culture and outdoor activities to engage the people of South London on the issue of air pollution.Creativity is what makes our movement special: we’ve made music, poetry, art, films, activity workshops, campaign workshops, photography, a day festival in Southwark Park and a Peckham Levels takeover as part of our campaigning.Social justice and the intersectionality of race and socio economic issues with air pollution is key to our cause. Alongside LIVE + BREATHE Founder, musician and artist Love Ssega, we have worked with local partners from the community to help create and publicise the campaign, including Peaceballers, Neon Elevate, Poetic Unity, Burgess Park Skaters, and Peckham BMX Club. This year, Purpose will be assisting activations and co-creating a campaign with our community partners, to solidify the independence of the campaign and platform our partners voices. The ultimate aim is for Purpose to step away so that this becomes an independent movement. We are recruiting and supporting a Steering Committee and local campaigner to manage the campaign longer term.
