About the Role:
SecurityScorecard is seeking a dynamic and strategic Channel Marketing Director to lead our channel marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue through effective partner engagement, developing and implementing channel marketing strategies, and fostering strong relationships with key partners. This position reports to the VP, Revenue Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner Portal Management:
- Oversee and manage the partner portal, ensuring it is up-to-date with relevant content and resources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to update and enhance the partner portal for optimal partner engagement.
- Content Creation and Management:
- Develop compelling content tailored for partners to support marketing initiatives.
- Ensure that content aligns with SecurityScorecard's brand guidelines and messaging.
- Channel Partner Business Plans:
- Work closely with channel sales to develop comprehensive business plans for key channel partners.
- Identify opportunities for growth and collaboration within the partner ecosystem.
- Co-Marketing Activities:
- Lead co-marketing efforts, including digital campaigns, special offers, and joint promotional activities with channel partners.
- Drive initiatives to increase brand and product awareness within partner organizations.
- Partner Program Development:
- Collaborate with channel sales to develop and enhance the partner program, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Implement strategies to attract and retain high-performing partners.
- Partner Enablement:
- Work with enablement to ensure partners are effectively enabled through training and resources.
- Establish certification criteria for partner programs and oversee the certification process.
- Engagement at Partner Events:
- Represent SecurityScorecard at partner Sales Kick-Offs (SKO) and other events to engage with partner sellers.
- Drive awareness of SecurityScorecard's offerings within partner organizations.
- Work with field and channel marketing as well as other stakeholders to execute on channel marketing programs (events, webinars, etc)

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in channel marketing, preferably in the cybersecurity or technology industry.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in managing partner portals, content creation, and co-marketing initiatives.

The estimated salary range for this position is $100,000 - 130,000. Actual compensation for the position is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to affordability, skills, qualifications and experience, and may vary from the range. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible for annual performance-based incentive compensation awards and equity, among other company benefits.
