Chargeback and Recovery Agent
We are looking for a Chargeback and Recovery Agent to join us in our Tallinn office. This will be your opportunity to contribute to the Wise mission “instant, convenient, transparent, and eventually free” in a unique and challenging way, by supporting our customers while bringing the money back to the company.
The Chargebacks team is a close-knit group of extraordinary individuals and talent, who are committed to the safe return of money to the company, working with the relevant product teams and internal stakeholders to develop and innovate new ways of streamlining our process.
What you will get to do:
- Provide world-class support to our customers via email and phone to solve the disputes
- Solve problems related to several different payment methods and currencies
- Dispute direct debit chargebacks and provide required information to our partners
- Work closely with the Operations and Fraud teams to improve the customer experience
- Work closely with the Product and Development teams to identify actionable areas for improvement
- Discover areas of upskilling which support your development in the role
What we’re looking for:
- Interest in working in a financial crime and loss prevention domain
- Your verbal and written communication skills in English are excellent. If you speak other languages, then that’s a plus!
- You have strong attention to detail and you are punctual
- You are proactive and independent, but also know how important good team-work is
- You are good with routine but can also adapt and keep up with fast changes
- You can make decisions in critical situations and have the ability to multitask
- Readiness to work on weekends with a schedule from Wednesday to Sunday or Saturday to Wednesday
