As a Cloud Sales Managerat PHMG, your main objective is to pitch our suite of additional products to our recently acquired client base. You’ll explain the key features and benefits of cloud technology solutions to encourage clients to utilise more of our services. By doing so, you’ll be at the forefront of improving the collaboration and partnership that we build with our clients.You’ll ensure our products are pitched effectively and encourage clients to progress the conversation with our Cloud Strategy Directors.

Salary: £55,000 OTE

Location: Old Trafford, Manchester

Hours: 1pm - 10pm Monday - Thursday, 1pm - 6pm Friday (4.5 days per week) 

Strategic objectives and responsibilities:

• Upselling and cross selling our suite of cloud telephony products to our client base
• Working with the Cloud Strategy Directors to book meetings
• Delivering industry-leading customer service to ensure a continuous improvement in client satisfaction
• Being proactive with your client base, ensuring you target the most likely to convert clients
• Establishing instant rapport with clients, demonstrating your ability to connect and communicate effectively, emphasising the technical advantages of our cloud telephony solutions

What we look for: 

• Experience as an SDR, BDM, or upselling as an account manager would be a great fit for this role
• Demonstrating knowledge of cloud telephony, or cloud-based technologies would be advantageous
