While this role sits within the Commercial Delivery Team, you will be part of the fantastic Product & Propositions team. We’re a close knit, multidisciplinary team with team work at the very heart of everything we do. Everyone’s voice is heard and every opinion counted as we lead the way in designing, developing and delivering products and propositions to the mass market

This role in a nutshell:

You will be the rockstar conductor of multiple projects at a time. Inspiring teams to hit deadlines, stay on track and unleash their creative mojo. You’ll be the ultimate problem-solving maestro, making sure everything flows like a smooth, well-tuned machine.

You’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero, pulling all the strings to make sure everything falls into place. Your vibe is all about bringing out the best in the teams. With your finger on the pulse and a knack for being great in a crisis, you’ll turn challenges into opportunities.

• Getting Stuff Done. Making sure projects get across the finish line on time and with top notch quality

We’ll pay you between £45,000 - £50,000, depending on your specific skills and experience. If your expectations are a little different, have a chat with us!

We keep our pay ranges broad on purpose to give us, and you, flexibility to match your experience to our zero carbon mission.

You’ll be eligible for an on-target bonus of 15%. We have one OVO bonus plan that focuses on the collective performance of our people to deliver our Plan Zero goal.
