We are now looking for a CRM Project Manager to join the team here in Malta.

As a CRM Project Manager, you will manage a portfolio of complex CRM project initiatives that span across multiple commercial regions. 

We are looking for a great communicator, since you will be collaborating with our Product & Tech departments on delivery of innovative CRM systems and solutions. 

• Full central CRM project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for a few major or several minor initiatives simultaneously. 
• Ensure that all projects are proceeding according to scope, schedule, and quality standards. 
• Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues. 
• Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork across multiple commercial regions, innovation, and excellence. 
• Participate in establishing CRM best practices, strategy, templates, policies, and tools to expand and mature these capabilities for the Betsson Group. 

• Solid Project Management experience.
• At least 5 years working within the iGaming sector - we are looking for someone who has a good understanding of player segmentation, plater bonuses and incentives. 
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 
• Proficient in CRM tools and email marketing platforms (Salesforce/Xtremepush).
