Elastic seeks a visionary APJ Enablement Lead who will architect and orchestrate a comprehensive sales enablement strategy. By fostering a strong partnership with the sales team, this lead will focus on fortifying the capabilities within the APJ region and reinforcing Elastic's market position by underpinning the core enablement pillars: talent cultivation, message optimization, and pipeline expansion.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute sales enablement programs focused on boosting performance and enhancing skill sets while fostering a culture of growth and learning.
  • Promote continual development and adaptability, encouraging sales personnel to face challenges with resilience and proactive strategies.
  • Align enablement activities with measurable improvements in the sales process, ensuring they contribute directly to increased efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Represent the sales team's interests by synchronizing enablement efforts with the larger objectives of the company.
  • Utilize insights from data to develop enablement solutions that stay current with market changes and reflect the sales team's feedback.
  • Act as the primary link between the APJ Leadership and the enablement team, managing priorities and adapting programs to meet regional needs.
  • Collaborate with experts and leadership to craft and manage the creation of innovative content that refreshes and invigorates the sales team's approach.
  • Provide the salesforce with clear and effective messaging tools that demystify complex solutions and are consistent with Elastic's overarching message.
  • Analyze sales performance data and customer feedback to pinpoint enabling strategies that increase win rates, shorten sales cycles, and lead to larger deals.
  • Embrace technology to fold sales feedback into impactful and nimble enablement resources tailored for the diverse APJ region.

  • Increase Productivity: Implement cutting-edge tools and training methodologies that bolster sales efficiency and output, while reducing administrative overhead, allowing sales professionals to focus on high-value interactions.
  • Decrease Ramp: Evolve onboarding programs to accelerate the trajectory of new hires towards full productivity, ensuring they assimilate essential knowledge and skills at an accelerated pace.
  • Improve Mindset: Foster a culture of skill enhancement, resilience, and solution-focused thinking. Encourage a learning atmosphere where constructive feedback and continuous personal development are standard.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, ideally in a field related to Business, Communication, or Technology.
  • 2-4 + years within Sales Enablement, Operations, or Strategy in a SaaS environment, demonstrating an affinity for driving go-to-market strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills with a history of inspiring diverse teams.
  • Adept at designing programs that enhance sales efficiency and team morale through effective collaboration tools and motivational techniques.
  • Skilled at utilising sales enablement platforms such as Salesforce.com, Seismic, and Highspot.
