Job duties – Senior level role within the Sales Organization. Build demand for and drive consumption of the LogicMonitor platform within enterprise customers through the global partnerships within the assigned territory. This role has a significant strategic impact on LogicMonitor's revenue growth into the enterprise market. Perform the following duties: Build sponsorship and advocacy with line of business and industry leaders as well as market owners. Be responsible for pipeline and forecast with each partner operating within the region. Understand the competitive landscape within the partner and ensure LogicMonitor is the preferred solution in all partner opportunities. End-to-end territory management including annual business plan with quarterly business reviews covering pipeline conversion metrics, leading performance indicators, and partner coverage. Hybrid position – work from home up to 3 days/week. 70% travel (domestic/int’l).

Education and Experience required – Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Applied Computer Science, MIS or a related technical field and 10 years of experience as a Sales Director, Sales Manager, Account Manager, Account Director, Channels Director, Sales Specialist, or in a related job title/occupation.

Background – 10 years of experience in technology sales. 5 years of experience in channel sales. Ability to establish strong relationships with clients within the established territory. Experience managing an annual quote in SaaS sales of over $1 million USD. Experience in Channel GSI business segments. Experience developing mutual go-to-market (GTM) plans with partners. Experience executing training certification and partner development enablement. Experience establishing executive relationship alignments with partners. Experience negotiating pricing and contracts.

Location – Austin, TX (Hybrid position – WFH up to 3 days/week), 70% travel (domestic/int’l)

Actual base salary offered will vary depending on factors including but not limited to: location, education, experience, skills, and qualifications. As part of our holistic compensation philosophy, LogicMonitor also offers many competitive elements in our total compensation package for US employees, such as bonus or commission compensation in addition to the base pay, an equity program for all full time employees, 401K matching, and other rewards. 

Base Salary Range$185,640—$206,000 USD
