- Serving as a senior talent advisor to Product and Engineering leadership, translating business goals into actionable hiring strategies
- Leading strategic workforce planning conversations and proactively shape hiring pipelines
- Guiding hiring managers in role design, competency mapping, and structured assessment approaches to ensure clarity and rigor
- Owning and executing full-cycle recruitment from kickoff to offer acceptance
- Partnering closely with hiring managers to align on search strategy, interview design, and decision-making
- Sourcing and engaging top talent using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and developer communities
- Providing a thoughtful, high-quality candidate experience throughout the process
- Managing all stages of the process through Greenhouse (our ATS), ensuring data integrity and transparency
- Using talent analytics to track pipeline health, process efficiency, and source effectiveness
- Establishing frameworks to monitor and evaluate quality of hire, working with hiring managers and People teams to assess onboarding success and business impact
- Leveraging competitive market data and internal metrics to influence hiring plans and improve decision-making
- Coaching and up-skilling interviewers on competency-based interviewing and equitable, inclusive hiring practices
- Building strong, consultative relationships with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders
- Supporting knowledge sharing and best practice development across the Talent Acquisition team
- Identifying and implementing improvements in the hiring process to drive speed, efficiency, and consistency
- Partnering with People Ops, Employer Branding, and People Partners to optimize the candidate journey and hiring infrastructure
- Significant experience in full-cycle recruiting for technical and product roles, ideally in high-growth SaaS or tech environments
- Deep knowledge of product development hiring and how to assess both technical excellence and product thinking
- Strong sourcing skills across a range of platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter and GitHub
- Familiarity with Greenhouse or similar applicant tracking systems
- Strategic mindset with a passion for elevating hiring standards and outcomes
- Experience using hiring data to drive decisions and improvements
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, globally distributed, hybrid work environment
- Excellent communication skills in English—both written and verbal (English is the primary working language)
- Strong relationship-building and influencing skills across all levels of an organization
