About this role :
We are looking for an Account Coordinator (m/f/d) to join our Central Commercial Team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on top-tier campaigns across various markets within the fast-paced world of affiliate marketing.
As an Account Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of marketing campaigns, providing crucial day-to-day support to our top-tier advertiser partners such as Expedia, Amazon, Nike and H&M. Working closely with local Key Account Management teams, you'll facilitate effective communication and coordination, while continuously optimizing campaigns for optimal performance. Your responsibilities will include preparing detailed reports on campaign performance, contributing to Quarterly Business Review (QBR) materials, and assisting with various marketing documents. You will have the opportunity to work and support on projects with an international footprint where we value your input and allow you to become a driver of change.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day execution of high-profile campaigns across diverse markets and domains.
- Facilitate smooth coordination between local Key Account Management teams and advertisers.
- Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights for optimization.
- Actively optimize campaigns to maximize results and ROI.
- Assist in the preparation of Quarterly Business Review (QBR) materials and other marketing documents.
Providing Teams with inputs for new industry opportunities and challenges from an advertiser point of view.
- Prepare Internal and External campaign reports and analysis for effective long-term growth.
- Participate in wider project work as and when required.
Skills/Qualities:
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and tasks concurrently.
- Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in campaign execution and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for internal coordination and client support.
- Proactive attitude, capable of anticipating and resolving issues before they escalate.
- A good understanding of the affiliate marketing industry.
- Proven ability to work well under pressure, capable of problem-solving.
- Good relationship management
- Detail-oriented and is able to take pride in the quality of their work.
- Strong communication skills
- Intercultural awareness and the ability to work in a dynamic matrix organization.
- Fluent-level English
