Teads is seeking to hire a Global Reward Director, based in our Paris office (Hybrid work possible).

As a Director of Total Rewards, you’ll lead the design, development, and execution of the company’s global Total Rewards strategy globally. You'll collaborate extensively to ensure our compensation and benefits programs are strategically aligned with business objectives, driving organisational success. You will oversee a team of 2 professionals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Total Rewards Strategy: Champion a comprehensive global total rewards strategy aligned with business goals, ensuring competitiveness and compliance across 35+ countries and diverse markets
  • Compensation Design: Lead the design, evaluation, and execution of compensation programs, including base pay, variable pay, ensuring fairness and equity that align with, and support business objectives, and attract/retain top talent
  • Design new and/or implement changes to existing end-to-end processes in the areas of Total Rewards, Compensation Planning, the Annual Compensation Review process, and Benefits
  • Oversee staff costs budget, and staffing requisition process
  • Partner with Corporate Finance and Senior Leaders to establish goals and budgets
  • Lead the annual Compensation Review process in partnership with the HRBP teams
  • Benefits Optimisation: Lead the evaluation, optimisation, and management of a diverse array of health, wellness, retirement, and other benefits programs to meet the evolving needs of our global workforce
  • Analytics and Insights: Utilise data analytics to assess the effectiveness of rewards programs, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Bring a deep understanding of using market data and external trends to develop and report on (as needed) Compensation analytics and people metrics
  • Manage the creation of analytic dashboards using employee data from for various reporting requirements
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Forge strategic partnerships with HR, Finance, Legal, and other key stakeholders, ensuring a cohesive alignment of total rewards programs with overarching business strategies and financial considerations
  • Communication and Education Strategy: Develop and execute robust communication strategies to educate and create awareness of compensation programs with executives, managers, and employees

 

Experience/Background:

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in total rewards, compensation, workforce planning, and benefits, particularly within complex global ad tech companies. Strong knowledge of global compensation practices, regulatory requirements, and market trends
  • Proven track record in crafting and executing successful total rewards strategies that drive organisational success, especially for bonus and commission structures
  • Proven experience in benchmarking, job evaluation, salary banding, and incentive compensation
  • Ability to conceptualise and research new ideas. Detail-minded. Adaptable to change, with highly effective problem-solving skills
  • A demonstrated capacity to translate vision into tangible actions, adeptly manage multiple priorities, streamline operations, and foster constructive relationships, consistently achieving impactful results
  • Change management: the ability to implement new processes and lead the change
  • Strong leadership acumen, capable of engaging diverse audiences, mobilising teams, and instigating change across the organisation
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools, notably Excel, facilitating effective communication and data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent verbal written & communications
  • Fluent in English & French
