Location:  London, hybrid 2-3 days per week in the office.

ROLE MISSION

As the Global Talent Acquisition Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our recruitment strategy and operations. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the talent acquisition process, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing recruitment technology and analytics. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and talent partners to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.

ABOUT THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOINING

Reporting to the Global Director of Talent Acquisition you will lead a small international team. The talent function has 40+- staff.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE

  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent across various functions and levels.
  • Utilize recruitment technology and tools to streamline processes and enhance the candidate experience.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to drive continuous improvement and optimise recruitment outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and talent partners to understand hiring needs and align recruitment efforts.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of talent operations specialists to ensure high performance and professional growth.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in talent acquisition to enhance recruitment effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Partner with external vendors and recruitment agencies as needed to support talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
  •  WHAT SKILLS WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL 

    • Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing recruitment processes and strategies internationally.
    • Strong understanding of recruitment technology and tools, such as applicant tracking systems, job boards, and social media platforms.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to analyse data and metrics to drive informed decision-making.
    • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and developing team members.
    • High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service to both candidates and internal stakeholders.
