About the job

The Growth Operations Manager role will be critical in supporting Twilio's growth engine and expanding marketing efforts globally. Collaborating closely with domestic and international marketing managers, this role will meticulously plan, launch, and track Growth Marketing campaigns at scale, constantly exploring innovative approaches to drive customer growth. 

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

  • Define, implement, adapt and optimize effective Growth marketing programs for global markets while localizing requirements. 
  • Oversee Growth programs including defining project timelines, managing resource allocation, and ensuring successful delivery of campaigns and initiatives.
  • Develop a deep knowledge of how marketing channels perform for B2D and articulate when an opportunity is best suited for one channel or another. Reliably spot gaps in the customer journey where new channels might be needed. 
  • Consistently monitor and understand system changes, tracking metrics, and data updates that impact growth campaigns, alerting owners proactively. 
  • Become a liaison across regional campaign managers, growth owners, creative teams, agencies, marketing operations and compliance teams to ensure projects are on time and meet requirements. 
  • Manage source of truth documentation on all Growth program builds across teams
  • Gather, prioritize, and lead implementation of process and infrastructure improvements needed to ensure flawless execution of Growth Marketing campaigns.

Required:

Strong technical background Knowledge of Market capabilities 

  • Capable of prioritizing tasks and pivot between projects

Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams.Strategic thinking and ability to contribute to operational planning.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Ability to influence and build effective working relationships with all levels of the organization.

Desired:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Relevant certifications such as Market Certified Expert are advantageous.

Location

This role will be remote, residing within the US. Approximately 10% travel is anticipated.

*Please note this role is open to candidates outside of Colorado, California, New York, and Washington. The information below is provided for candidates hired in those locations only.

The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows:

  • Based in Colorado: $92,800 to $116,000 
  • Based in New York, Washington State, or California (outside of the San Francisco Bay area): $98,320 - $122,900
  • Based in the San Francisco Bay area, California: $109,200 - $136,500
  • This role may be eligible to participate in Twilio’s equity plan and corporate bonus plan. All roles are eligible for the following benefits: health care insurance, 401(k) retirement account, paid sick time, paid personal time off, paid parental leave.

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location within the state.
