The GTM Strategy and Operations team at Personio is a key strategic partner for our sales and marketing leaders across strategy and analytics, operations and process, and tools. As a GTM Strategy Program Manager you will lead the execution on our most strategic and important GTM projects and play a critical role in helping Personio achieve its ambitious goals. You will develop, organize, and coordinate inter-connected projects within our organization, with an overall goal of accelerating our growth and expanding Personio’s footprint. 

As a Program Manager, this role is critical to the company's growth and requires a strategic thinker with exceptional project management skills, a deep understanding of GTM strategies, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve our business objectives. 

You will craft a situational analysis to provide a common and foundational understanding of the problem(s) to solve, develop an operating plan for your program of assignment, create and manage program KPIs, and project-manage all ongoing program activities. You will do what's needed to make the programs successful and not just program manage but also lean in and support in execution as required. 

• Project Management: Lead and manage the end-to-end execution of critical GTM projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

• GTM Strategy Alignment: Collaborate closely with the GTM Strategy team to ensure project alignment with overall business strategies and objectives.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, product teams, marketing, sales, and partners.

• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and ensure project success.

• Project Tracking and Reporting: Implement effective project tracking mechanisms, report progress, and provide regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.

• Change Management: Drive change management efforts associated with GTM projects, ensuring smooth transitions and user adoption.

• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization of project management practices within the GTM Strategy organization.

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification (e.g., PMP, PgMP) is a plus.

• Proven experience (3+ years) in program or project management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex, cross-functional projects ideally in a Tech environment

• Deep understanding of Go-to-Market strategies and familiarity with product launches, sales, and marketing processes.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all organizational levels.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.

• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Notion, Asana, Jira etc..)

• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
