In the role of Head of Content and Bespoke Games, the individual will be responsible for analyzing and diversifying the gaming portfolio across all brands. This professional contributes relevant gaming expertise to the Casino team, providing the drive and innovation needed to deliver and create industry-leading gaming content, thereby keeping Betsson Group at the forefront of the gaming industry. Furthermore, the role aims to establish a platform for facilitating discussions and aligning Exclusive Game Content strategies across all brands within the Betsson Group. This collaborative effort ensures a cohesive approach to developing unique and compelling gaming experiences, reinforcing Betsson Group's position as a leader in the dynamic and competitive gaming industry.

What’s in it for you?

•    Be our key expert for the GOC content portfolio, advise & deliver strategic recommendations based on your insights, drive incremental revenues via optimal product selection, continually improve the GOC vertical•    Review 3rd party providers & content to manage the GOC roadmap, delivering both diverse & market leading games•    Monitor market trends & provide insights on gaming activity & player behavior•    Identify underperforming areas recommending & developing improvements•    Be a key asset in the creation of bespoke content, identifying player & market requirements, including game, artwork, jackpot, volatility & mathematical model styles,  then use these insights to create games to fulfill the groups requirements•    Act as product owner & game producer when working with content providers, build mathematical models & review PAR sheets as required•    Build Bespoke content on provider development areas using your own inspired AI Art tools •    Understand the challenges of GOC at brand & geography level•    Working with the Gaming Optimisation Specialist, structure the content & production of regular reports that give actionable insight about the GOC portfolio on all KPI’s•    Use these insights to create strategies to drive GOC growth, align & agree improvement roadmaps with games providers•    Champion roadmap, exclusive release & rev share discount opportunities to the CGL Team ensuring accurate information is communicated, allowing regional teams to leverage new upcoming products•    Ensure we always have the most competitive & diverse content offering in our markets•    Work with game suppliers & the ‘Director of Gaming Performance’ ensuring we capitalise any opportunities arising from suppliers

Our ideal candidate will have:

•    5 years online gaming experience across multiple markets•    5 years games development including conceptual design, product ownership and mathematical modelling •    Experience of managing teams and ensuring strong inter-departmental collaboration and close working relationships•    Proven track record of bringing about significant business improvement within gaming roles•    Good stakeholder management skills•    Excellent organisation skills•    Significant experience of taking the business lead in the delivery of high-profile projects with practical knowledge of the core KPIs needed to build and grow a gaming business.•    Strong leadership skills, in particular the ability lead cross functional teams and inspire high performance from colleagues.
