We are looking for a HR Senior Manager, People Services Israel to join an extremely fast-growing global Fintech business. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, high energy environment. This is newly created global team and you will be taking the lead in Israel in driving People Services deliverables and goals.

About HR People Services team
People Services team is a newly created global team that will provide centralized HR services, HR discipline and HR infrastructure support (global & regional programs and policies) that ensure an equitable and consistent experience for all employees. The team will support business functions as well as employees, and work closely with HRBP teams in providing the best HR experience based upon organizational strategy, wider organizational structure and current business needs.
What you’ll be spending your time on
- Deliver a best-in-class service for our internal customers (employees and people managers) that use the HR People Services.
- Take the lead in providing HR solutions for Israel as a first point of HR contact for employees and people managers, and deliver timely People Services solutions.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of People Services deliveries including addressing employees HR inquiries, employee data management, onboarding and offboarding, probation management and benefit handling (in partnership with HR CoE functions where applicable).
- Lead and review of Israel HR processes, HR policies and procedures, identify issues and implement best HR programs compliant with local employment law or regulatory requirement.
- Lead country specific labor law related requirements. Advise business heads on matters relating to country labor laws to ensure compliance with statutory requirements. Formulate and implement policies aligning with local regulations (employee handbook, leave policies, grievance policy and local policies required by the law).
- Lead and drive country level HR and labor compliance programs / projects whilst collaborating with cross functional teams and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate and maintain strong relationships with the rest of HR organization and internal customers, and ensure effective communication across the organization.
- Provide expert level of HR consultation & support to the employees and address their HR needs across a complex and diverse employment landscape in Israel in line with global People objectives and in line with company’s framework.
- Participate in new or existing HR initiatives and provide HR expertise where required.
- Implement alignment within a specialized People Service’s model helping to bridge the gaps and ensuring consistency in employee experience in Israel.
- Bring appropriate focus on operational excellence, risk and controls in the People Services solutions.
- Keep abreast of the market and regulatory trends, and keep up-to-dated with the requirements for the business and entities, and take necessary HR actions to adhere to regulatory and employment law requirements if there are changes
- Deliver and demonstrate continuous improvement of HR solutions, services and the quality of execution, meeting the internally established turn-around time for HR services.
- Accountable and audit HR processes associated with the onboarding, probation management and offboarding program to ensure a positive employee experience.

- Strong business acumen with excellent influencing skills both onsite and remotely.
- Well-versed in HR processes, HR standard operating procedures, and labor compliance/policy protocols, and have experience in standardizing, implementing and evaluating HR programs for Israel.
- Familiar working in a “roll up your sleeves” environment that is rapidly scaling globally.
- At least 8 years of HR experience, experience working in People Service model is a plus.
- Can work autonomously, self-disciplined and resourceful.
- Skilled with modern HR solutions and services, digitally savvy and be able to apply insights from HR data, HR analytics into practice.
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
- Strong working knowledge of MS office and various HR systems
- Familiar with global landscape and requirements of public company

About HR People Services Team
Newly created HR People Services global team will deliver:
- Strategy: Formulate the overall strategy for HR People Services model at global level to ensure that the organization benefits from greater structural flexibility, improved organizational learning, and better utilization of managers and employees time to re-position the contribution of HR as a business-driven function, focused on its strategic role in facilitating and supporting organizational change.
- Transformation Plan: Develop a strategic and implementation plan that ensures the transformation of HR activities to HR People Services model including greater HR focus on strategy, shared knowledge and systems, elimination of duplication of efforts and improving quality of service to employees and people managers.
- Policy Implementation: Ensure all HR policies and procedures are implemented consistently across the region, in compliance with both global standards and local regulations
- Employee Relations: Handle minor disputes, performance concerns, PIP (Performance Improvement Plan), probation management and interpersonal conflicts amongst employees
- HR Services: Manage day-to-day HR tasks such as processing leave requests, benefits related HR tasks, and maintain employee records
- Query Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for all HR-related queries from employees, people managers and provide timely and accurate HR solutions and services
- Reporting and Analytics: Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. This includes workforce analytics, turnover rates, and employee satisfaction metrics in conjunction with HR Ops team’s support
- Employee Onboarding and Exit: Facilitate onboarding process for new hires and managing the exit process for departing employees, ensuring a smooth transition in both cases.
- Collect employee’s HR queries which will be used for digital HR portal in the future for self-service
- Learning and Development Support: In close coordination with HRBP team or global L&D team to implement training programs and professional development opportunities for employees within the region based on needs.

- Provide localized support that understands the unique cultural, legal, and business context of each region while maintaining global HR standards and practices
- Divide into the following key regions: Americas, Asia-Pacific, China, EMEA and Israel
- Equip to handle the specific needs and challenges of their region, ensuring a more personalized and responsive HR services
