About this role

Based in our new state of the art production facility in Ravenhall, Victoria, you will be responsible for all HR duties on site, with a strong focus on managing the relationship with recruitment agencies as well as direct hiring, onboarding and developing new and existing HR processes. We are looking for a natural problem solver who can embrace change, challenges and can work autonomously in a diverse work force of passionate foodies.

What you’ll do...
  • Hire HelloFresh staff and oversee the full recruitment life cycle – from interviewing to data entry
  • Manage the relationship with the approved agency onsite, making sure they deliver to our standards
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding all production staff
  • Understand the various needs of the operational managers as well as managing expectations
  • Perform HR administration duties including but not limited to, processing payroll, time tracking, ordering uniforms
  • Continually improve our induction and training plans for all production roles
  • Act as the first point of contact for all HR related enquiries from production staff and visitors
  • Provide support to managers and supervisors across operations on any HR related issues, including disciplinaries, grievances, terminations and any other issues that come up
  • Deliver all reporting in a timely manner
  • Continually ensure a positive work culture through initiatives such as shout outs and Christmas parties
  • Be available for 6:30am starts Monday to Friday with a WFH Monday available once you are settled in
  • Upload weekly rosters and contact agencies for replacements
What you’ll bring...
  • Experience in HR & Recruitment within a warehouse/FMCG/manufacturing environment and a desire to gain experience in a fast- growing organisation
  • A proactive ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Experience in processing a high-volume payroll with hourly rate contracts would be desired
  • A “people person” personality with great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to deal with diverse cultures
  • Strong affinity to our HelloFresh brand and culture
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft office suite skills
  • High levels of integrity and confidentiality due working with sensitive HR data
  • A great amount of energy, enthusiasm, commitment and a can-do flexible attitude
  • The ability to use ADP real time (desirable but not essential)
  • Any experience in dealing with unions will be highly regarded

Duration: Full time - You must have the right to work full-time in Australia.
