For our ambitious, fast growing team in Amsterdam, we are looking for a Junior Partnerships Manager Benelux. Working in the Growth Marketing team you will support the Partnerships team in fostering collaborations and maintaining relationships with key partners to drive business growth and meet strategic goals. You will take a leading role in supporting our partnerships scaling plans initiatives across the Benelux markets by fully managing the administrative aspect of current and new partners as well as supporting the post-campaigns activities. You will be an expert and innovator in continuing to evolve how the HelloFresh Partnerships Team scopes opportunities with new and existing partners.

• Support Partnership Development: aid in identifying potential partners aligned with the company's objectives and values.
• Relationship Management: assist in nurturing and maintaining relationships with existing partners through regular communication and engagement.
• Collaboration Initiatives: support the development and execution of partnership initiatives, including joint campaigns, events, and projects as well as collaborate internally with the wider Growth Marketing team, the Brand team and international stakeholders for best practices and problem solving
• Research and Analysis: conduct market research and analysis to identify partnership opportunities and trends in relevant industries.
• Administrative Support: assist in administrative tasks related to partnerships, such as preparing reports, coordinating meetings, and maintaining partnership databases.
• Communication and Coordination: act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
• Performance Tracking: help monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships, gathering data and insights to assess their impact on business goals.

🍉 These are the ingredients you’ll bring to the team

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in growth marketing and/or partnerships - preferably performance-driven marketing. 
• Strong commercial and analytical skills. You’re always focused on getting the best deal for HelloFresh. 
• As a strong communicator, you know how to set up and finish projects successfully, and how to create support with internal and external stakeholders. 
• You are full of ideas and act as a sparring partner for the Offline Marketing team. 
• A quantitative and analytical mindset and know how to use data as the basis of your decisions. 
• You don’t shy away from a challenge and are able to perform in a fast-paced and continuously changing work environment. 
• You’re pro-active, ambitious, and make things happen.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office or similar software for reporting and analysis.
• Understanding of partnership principles and strategies is a plus.
• Previous experience in a similar role or internships in partnerships or business development can be advantageous.
• Fluent in Dutch or French, Fluent in English
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
