Building all our technology in house comes with a lot of exciting technical challenges to work on - designing and operating a real-time distributed exchange system that runs 24/7 all year long; creating and pricing 100s of thousands of contracts concurrently - from football and horse racing to politics and current events; developing slick and optimized mobile and web clients empowering users get the best betting experience from our products.

We are searching for an experienced Head of Engineer to lead and grow our engineering team. The engineering team is at the heart of everything we do and as such this is a key hire that will report to the Chief Product Officer. The Head of Engineering will be empowered to structure the engineering team and shape product development at a company renowned for its technical care and excellence.

Role Requirements

As the Lead Talent Partner on the team, you will be responsible for owning and leading the hiring process of all roles (tech and non tech roles) and working in collaboration with the Talent Partner on the team and supporting People Ops projects including producing material to aid and support talent and other people related areas.

  • Minimum of 7 years experience in technical hiring
  • Strong experience dealing with stakeholders, presenting data and educating hiring managers to improve and iterate hiring process.
  • Prior experience using Greenhouse ATS
