As part of the Logistics team you'll play a key role in making sure our merchants get their readers quickly and safely anywhere in Brazil.

What you'll do

  • Investigate orders blocked by unknown reason and improve the flow and its gaps, effectively communicate insights and findings through KPIs, reports, presentations, and other communication channels, with proper prioritization of risk, impact and recurrence
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in logistics processes through safenets management, data analysis and project management, constantly seeking ways to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of our processes and service levels for our merchants
  • Guide and develop apprentices and peers by sharing knowledge, providing technical guidance, and promoting professional growth and a data mindset within the team

You'll be great for this role if

  • You have experience with orders management or working within the logistics area
  • You have advanced English skills
  • You have advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
  • Have experience with process mapping and improvement
  • Have strong stakeholder and project management skills
  • Knowledge of SAP will me a plus
  • Knowledge of programming languages for process automation will be a plus
