Our team works with counterparts across Fulfillment Centers, Home Delivery Operations, Product, Data Solutions, Finance, Storefront, Marketing, Pricing, Transportation Logistics and Process Definition teams to drive new approaches and processes that deliver profitability and customer experience improvements. This work is broad, business critical, complex and highly cross-functional. 

We are looking for a data-driven and impact-oriented individual to drive a complex roadmap to help us unlock recovery potential within our supply chain focused on partnering with our Fulfillment & Home Delivery Operations Team. The ideal candidate must be highly flexible, hands on, and understands how to effectively drive results in a fast-paced and rapidly growing company.

What You'll Do

  • Responsible for executing on Inbound Quality program along with other members of the org to drive various initiatives within our returns and incident prevention programs.
  • Help building a strategic roadmap of cross-functional initiatives intended to minimize financial exposure due to incidents & maximize the value of CG products
  • Partner cross-functionally with groups company-wide, including Fulfillment Centers, Home Delivery Operations, Data solutions, Product, Finance, Transportation Logistics, Storefront, Marketing, Pricing & Process Definition to drive alignment and execution against innovative solutions to challenging operational problems intended to improve customer experience & improve profit recovery.
  • Analyze and report out on performance, clearly articulate successes and opportunities with sites, leadership
  • Build relationships with operational partners to drive outcomes
  • Contribute to the development of tools and processes that drive efficiencies for the team and simplify the day-to-day operations.

What You'll Need

  • 3-4 years work experience.
  • MS/MBA or other graduate degree in management, retail management or other supply chain related field preferred, but accomplished professionals will always be considered.
  • Evidence of “scrappy-startup-execution” and a track record of taking on ambiguous projects and delivering despite obstacles, limited resources.
  • Demonstrate expertise with SQL, Google Big Query, G-studio & G-sheets
  • Able to clearly and consistently work side-by-side with a broad range of cross-functional stakeholders to achieve objectives.
  • Articulate and persuasive communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage projects, and to delegate tasks appropriately to direct report(s).
  • Applying data-driven frameworks to drive a roadmap to tackle opportunities and track record of execution against established roadmap.
  • Innovative problem-solving skills – dissect and determine root causes of problems and implement solutions.
  • Comfortable analyzing large data sets and using that analysis to drive projects.
  • An ability to hit the ground running – a confident, entrepreneurial self-starter.
