What you’ll do:

As a Manager, B2B Marketing Analytics at Viator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing strategy and optimizing our marketing investments. You will be responsible for managing and leading a small team of other marketing analysts, coordinating with Product Management and Product Analytics teams to ensure proper data collection for marketing program purposes, overseeing data analysis and reporting, providing actionable insights to drive marketing campaigns, customer acquisition, and retention strategies.

As a Manager, B2B Marketing Analytics, you will:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketing analysts and data scientists, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.

  • Data Strategy: Develop and execute a data strategy to collect, organize, and analyze marketing data effectively, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and security.

  • Data Analysis: Conduct advanced data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in marketing performance, customer behavior, and ROI.

  • Campaign Optimization: Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize campaigns, allocate budgets effectively, and identify the most profitable channels and audience segments.

  • Reporting: Create and maintain dashboards and reports that provide real-time insights to key stakeholders, including executives and marketing teams.

  • A/B Testing: Design and oversee A/B and multivariate testing initiatives to refine marketing strategies and improve conversion rates.

  • Customer Segmentation: Utilize customer segmentation and profiling to tailor marketing strategies and improve customer targeting.

  • Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitors' strategies, providing recommendations for competitive advantage.

  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing analytics budget efficiently, allocating resources to projects that have the most significant impact on ROI.

  • Communication: Effectively communicate complex data findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders to drive data-informed decision-making.

 

 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing analytics or a related field, preferably at least 2 years managing a team.

  • Proven experience in team leadership and management.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, BigQuery).

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, attribution models, and CRM systems.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
