ABOUT THE ROLE...

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Recruitment Leader with a proven track record in the field. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of recruiting experience, including at least six years in a people management role. This individual will be a strategic thinker with a growth mindset, demonstrating a keen ability to navigate and lead teams through ambiguity.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL...

  • Maintain strict adherence to staffing levels and timelines as per the HC plan, adjusting strategies as needed to meet evolving business requirements.
  • Partner with the EMEA sourcing team on building and nurturing proactive prospect pipelines tailored to the sales roles and skills required in the EMEA region, in collaboration with business leaders.
  • Develop innovative tactics to attract top talent in the EMEA market, considering regional trends and candidate preferences.
  • Based in a key EMEA location, this role requires regular presence to interact with teams across the region. You will lead a hybrid team with both local and remote members, reporting directly to you within a matrix organization.
  • Foster continuous improvement and high-quality outcomes.
  • Play active role in EMEA Talent Acquisition Leadership team, partner with colleagues from regional talent acquisition team and ensure alignment with EMEA Talent Acquisition strategy.
  • Act at a high level within the organization, aligning with business leaders responsible for global and regional functions according to the business specific regional needs.
  • Champion diverse perspectives and lead through inclusion to drive the best outcomes and foster shared ownership.
  • Utilize all systems available to your team, ensuring data integrity and leveraging technology to streamline recruiting processes.
  • Manage your talent acquisition team with a focus on customer service and operational efficiency to deliver timely results and enhance productivity.
  • Regularly communicate the team’s strategy, tactics, and results to stakeholders, maintaining transparency of key performance indicators.
  • Monitor the health of the talent pipeline to anticipate and implement necessary adjustments.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...

  • 10+ years of experience in recruiting with at least six years of experience in a people management role. 
  • Strong demonstration of a growth mindset and learning agility and being able to lead teams through ambiguity.
  • Bring a systems thinking approach, and a mindset to work with cross-functional teams, including COEs in HR.
  • Continuous improvement experience & familiarity with Lean/Agile/Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
  • Successful track record in developing and designing TA tactics, specifically for hiring most-competitive talent in the market to drive needed impact in quality, diversity and quantity of hires plus emphasizing overall productivity/operational excellence.
  • An innate focus on talent (our own in TA) and capability and capacity to support the career development and career satisfaction of all team members.
  • Strong analytical and data visualization skills to set and communicate strategy, key performance indicators (KPIs) and results.
  • Experience building and using capacity forecasts for business planning purposes.
  • Track record of establishing trust and credibility with all stakeholders and contributors through executive influence.
  • Ability to lead with empathy while also creating accountability among partners/others.
  • Motivation to pursue excellence; ability to identify, manage and enable change and instil inspirational leadership.
  • Experience leading a recruiting team in a mid-sized organization, with a fast-paced environment.
