HelloFresh is looking for a Market Intelligence focused Business Analyst to join our Procurement & SCM Business Analytics Team. This is a perfect position for someone who is looking to make a real impact, and help define procurement market intelligence at HelloFresh.

• Establish and maintain market intelligence capabilities within Procurement & SCM that equips Category Management teams with the best market data, allowing teams to fully seize opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver concise and informative reports that effectively communicate market insights, risks, and opportunities to support informed decision-making across procurement.
• Measure procurement performance against real inflation rates of specific purchasing categories to enable the organization to make data-driven decisions.
• Develop food, energy, and transport price trackers that will enable the organization to optimize procurement strategies, negotiate better deals with suppliers, and ultimately reduce operational costs.
• Perform supplier analysis and alternative source identification to minimize risks, increase supplier diversity, and improve the overall efficiency of procurement processes, ensuring a reliable and robust supply chain.
• Leverage reputable sources for procurement market intelligence to keep teams up to date on market trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory changes.

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role, focused on procurement
• Experience leveraging commodity data and market intelligence, from sources like Mintec 
• Excellent knowledge of GSheets, Excel and GSlides)
• Good command of SQL. Experience with Python or similar programming languages is a plus. 
• Experience with dashboarding tools such as Tableau and PowerBI
• Proven track record of impactful analyses and/or modeling
• Dynamic, results-oriented attitude
• Fast learner with new technology and easily adapts to different tech systems
