We are hiring a Market Planner, who will be responsible for planning the assortment of our HelloFresh Market business line. 

You will join our best-in-the-business Product Planning Team based in our Sydney Head Office and will report to the Product Planning Operations Lead. 

What you’ll do

• Plan quarterly and weekly assortment mix in line with category strategy, business KPIs, product performance and inventory levels
• Work closely with Product Strategy, Procurement Operations, Culinary, Editorial and Strategic Procurement
• Proactively identify risks and opportunities to improve customer experience
• Ensure on-time delivery of planning
• Ensure that the data and the tools are kept up to date
• Constantly challenge existing processes to identify opportunities for improvement
• Contribute to the Product Planning roadmap, balancing regular reporting, automation and strategic projects / analysis
• Take a logical and forward thinking approach to problem solving

What you’ll bring

• Min 2 years of experience working in a relevant role in operations or assortment planning (food & beverage industry experience is a plus)
• A strong analytical and business-oriented mindset
• Excellent knowledge of G Sheets
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Extreme attention to detail
• Proven ability to deliver multiple complex cross-functional projects on time
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to influence, drive alignment among a diverse set of stakeholders, lead and motivate to deliver on longer term projects as well as day to day operations.
• Track record of meeting deadlines in a fast paced environment
