As an integral member of the TWAICE marketing team, your primary focus will be on managing and facilitating major events, including our flagship conference, the "TWAICE Vision Summit," and other prominent industry events like the Smarter-E, as well as other occasional tasks as needed by the team. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage in high-profile event planning and execution, providing hands-on experience in a dynamic marketing environment.  TWAICE is spearheading the transition to renewable energy and sustainable transportation. • You will support the planning and coordination of our flagship event "TWAICE Vision Summit," from conceptualization to execution. 
• You will play a significant role in organizing TWAICE's participation in industry events such as Smarter-E, including booth design, material preparation, and team coordination. 
• You will liaise with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless event logistics. 
• You will manage pre-event marketing campaigns and post-event follow-ups, maximizing our impact and reach. 
• You will collaborate with the marketing team on event-related content creation, including promotional materials, social media campaigns, and press releases. 
• You are responsible for On-site event management, including setup, catering support, coordination of staff, interaction with visitors and troubleshooting. 
• You will work with our CRM and CMS tools to ensure smooth processes from the planning until the post-event wrap up 

• You are currently enrolled as a student, preferably with a focus in marketing, event management, or a related field. 
• You are passionate about organizing and executing large-scale events. 
• You have strong organizational and project management skills. 
• You have ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team. 
• You have prior experience in event management or marketing is advantageous.  
• You have excellent communication skills in both German and English.
