The Trailhead program is the start of your epic journey at Critical Mass. During your initial 12-weeks, you will embark on a custom-built learning journey to understand what we do, who we are, and how we make award-winning work with our clients. Our goal is to integrate you into the amazing work we do here at Critical Mass, and support you as part of the team to grow your career with us! 

Our Winter 2024 Trailhead Cohort commences February 6, 2024.  

All applications are reviewed and interviewed on a rolling basis. 

The Operations Coordinator will work alongside the COO, global operations team, as well as global discipline leadership, to assist in identifying organizations that can supplement the services and specialties of the agency. This role will help identify and manage an inventory of partner organizations that can assist in CM delivering robust solutions to clients. As the Operations Coordiantor, you will gather internal inputs on supplemental capabilities and services, review publicly available data sources, and present prospective organizations to discipline leadership for consideration. Additionally, you will help facilitate communications, business arrangements, and logistics around on-going engagement.

You Will:

  • Understand Critical Mass’ current capabilities and focus areas.
  • Gather feedback from global business stakeholders and discipline leaders on our current services and where we have gaps and are hoping to grow.
  • Collect and organize data and information on external organizations that could potentially fill service gaps, compliment current offerings, or provide net new capabilities. 
  • Maintain an on-going inventory of organizations, associated information, and the CM exposure/perspective on the partner organizations.
  • Prepare presentation material that represents the potential partner candidats detail in a compelling and consistent way.
  • Research and remain up to date on trends in the digital marketing field. 

You Have:

  • Post-secondary education in a related field such as finance, business administration or marketing, or equivalent experience
  • Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office and Keynote
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, flexible environment
  • Ability to handle sensitive information 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Aptitude and desire to build skills in research, negotiation, and business management
  • Aptitude and desire to learn how to evaluate and assess interactive digital-based organizations
