⭐Our Learning and Development team

This is a really exciting time to join the Customer Operations Learning and Knowledge function. The team looks after the onboarding of our new starters and supports through ongoing learning. We are levelling up how we do things and are not afraid to try new ways of working. So if you’re someone who has great ideas and loves supporting and developing folks, then this is a great team to be a part of.

🔑You’ll play a key role by…

The Operations Learning & Development Business Partner will be responsible for ensuring new and existing training lands effectively within our supplier operations by working alongside Monzo Learning Leads across all areas in Customer Operations. You'll partner with our supplier training function to agree and support on the deployment of new learnings and ongoing development.

Outsourcing has grown substantially over the past 18 months in Customer Operations and we want to enhance the support for our partners and UK teams by introducing a new support role in our function.

🤩We’d love to hear from you if…

  • You have the ability to effectively collaborate, consult and influence drive business results
  • You have experience in training needs analysis, diagnostics, supporting L&D solutions, and evaluation of L&D projects
  • You have a strong aptitude for working with broad scope of technical, business, and professional subject matter experts
  • You are a strong communicator (written and verbal). You’ll be consulting, managing stakeholders and influencing across all levels.
  • You are comfortable in taking the lead on projects in some instances whilst working as a support function in others depending on the requirements and scope of the initiative
  • Effective track record of using metrics and analytics to drive decision making
  • You are a quick and agile learner
  • You’ll be able to travel our South Africa site 2 x per year (this is only a potential)
  • Experience of working with external suppliers is advantageous
