We’re now looking for an O2C Accountant to join our Order-to-Cash team. In this role, you’ll ensure smooth, accurate, and compliant processes that directly impact our global revenue. From validating sales orders to managing receivables and supporting new product launches — your work will help millions of small businesses thrive.

  What you’ll do 
  • Process and approve sales orders in Salesforce & SumUp Shop, ensuring accurate automated billing and revenue recognition in line with IFRS standards.

  • Manage trade receivables end-to-end: allocations, disputes, credit notes, aging analysis, impairments, and dunning.

  • Ensure VAT/sales tax compliance across multiple countries and support audits & reporting.

  • Analyze period-end revenue, investigate variances, and provide actionable insights to business stakeholders.

  • Collaborate on new product launches, automation projects, and process improvements.

  • Work with modern tools like Slack, Notion, Langdock, ChatGPT & Gemini to stay efficient and connected.

  Who you are 
  • 2–3 years of experience in accounting (preferably AR or Order to Cash).

  • Solid understanding of revenue recognition & billing.

  • Skilled in reconciliations, reporting, and audits.

  • Strong Excel skills (SAP knowledge is an advantage).

  • Detail-oriented and fluent in English (another European language is a plus).
