The Partner Strategy & Operations team supports Databricks’ robust ecosystem of Consulting & SI (C&SI), ISV, and Cloud partners, including program development and management, partner onboarding, day-to-day partner engagement, reporting, and PRM (Partner Portal) systems management. The team is focused on driving operational scale in an extremely high-growth environment. We empower our stakeholders and senior leadership with the insights, tools, and decision criteria to inform proactive, effective, and data-driven programmatic strategies.
The impact you will have:
Scale Support for Partnerships & Sales Organizations
- Provide timely administrative support for internal partner communication channels (Slack, emails, and Partner Portal)
- Address queries from Account Executives (AE) through multiple channels related to SI partner involvement, contact, and core capabilities in customer accounts with 24-48 hour SLA
- Drive scale success with three Regional Partner Sales teams across AMER, EMEA, and APJ
- Use Salesforce to run existing reports and gather data for presentation slides to Partner Sales and Partner Strategy & Operations
Content Maintenance and Template Creation
- Create and maintain partnership content and FAQ intended for field sales
- Update partner success stories, coordinate between Partner Sales and Field Sales for publication
- Consolidate customer success stories from partners via our partner portal
- Own Partner Finder tool updates to ensure Field Sales have the latest tool to select the right partners
System and Use Case Hygiene Support for Partner Sales
- Support Partner Sales to inspect partner-engaged use cases to ensure correct tagging
- Address Crossbeam requests and inquiries from non-managed partners
What we look for:
- Communication Skills (verbal and written): You are comfortable with handling inquiries, crafting and articulating messages across all communication channels globally
- Content and Slide Design: You are good at creating content and designing slides (on Google Slides) to get the message across effectively for a wide internal and multicultural diverse audience
- Salesforce Proficient: You need to be familiar with Salesforce and can independently modify reports and use dashboards with limited supervision
- Scale and Process-Oriented Thinking: You can make suggestions to streamline processes and leverage systems to drive scale
- Problem Solving: You’re willing to lean in and help in multiple ways; to be responsive and be helpful to stakeholders by thinking critically
- Teamwork: You have the ability and initiative to work across multiple functional teams and countries to deliver actionable results
- You Love Data: You bring relevant information to the conversation, can run basic analysis to support your narrative
- 5+ years of experience in providing remote support to the international field or partner sales teams; ideally have some experience in partner development roles
- BA/BS degree or equivalent required
