The role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven People Operations Partner to join our People Operations team. This role focuses on supporting our global employees with people-related processes and questions while also being the go-to expert for the team. You'll help with various initiatives and projects, either leading or supporting them. 

A solid grasp of payroll, benefits, and employee lifecycle processes is essential, and experience in global mobility is a plus.  You should be self-reliant and dependable as you manage different processes and support other teams.

Reporting to People Operations Manager, you will play a key role within the team mentoring and supporting other team members with day-to-day activities within the Operations team. You will focus on process improvement and automation while also collaborating with other teams and building interpersonal relationships within the business.

  • Shaping the employee journey by iterating onboarding and offboarding processes and supporting payroll processes
  • Managing and implementing new benefits, ensuring effective oversight of current offerings and handling renewals
  • Working on complex projects while ensuring that day-to-day operations run smoothly
  • Establishing new, efficient, and compliant processes while keeping existing process documentation up-to-date
  • Assisting and mentoring others, providing support and guidance to help them grow

  • A range of experience in all aspects of people operations management, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and benefits administration

  • The ability to tackle complex issues while also being hands-on with everyday tasks
  • Ability to manipulate, analyse, check and validate data
