• You structure and manage a fast-growing portfolio of heterogeneous customers with both flexible and inflexible energy demands and injection capabilities
• You are responsible for our long-term energy procurement, evaluate and further develop position and hedging methods
• You monitor and analyze developments of European energy markets to develop new product ideas in coordination with product development, both for mitigating risks and for our flexibility products
• You support our risk management and continuously improve our performance in hedging
• You explore and implement new procurement channels/products to expand our activities to new partners, markets and countries
• You monitor the daily business processes in electricity trading (from forecasting, bidding to settlement)

• You have successfully completed an university degree, ideally with a specialization in energy or finance 
• You have already gained several years of practical experience in portfolio management, risk management and/or commodity trading
• You have in-depth knowledge of the interrelationships on the European energy markets and energy trading
• You have very good MS Office skills and ideally have gained initial experience with programming languages (Python, Java, R, etc.)
• Experience in trading and managing of (complex) options is a plus
• You can make decisions quickly, assess their consequences and weigh up the risks involved
• You speak fluently English, any other language is a plus
• You are a team player with a hands-on mentality and enjoy tackling new topics
