Are you up for the challenge? We’re looking for a Product Manager - Payment (m/f/d)!

Your Super Powers:
  • You have 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, e.g. for a midsized B2B SaaS company, or ideally with/for a payment service provider;
  • You have knowledge of payment terminology like acquirer, payment gateway, service flows (c-, m- and r-level), payment scheme, chargeback, payment facilitator, PIL etc.;
  • You can advocate for the user`s needs, are able to put yourself into their shoes and prioritize delivering as much value as possible in the available time;
  • Mastery of agile methodologies and ability to adjust to the team's maturity level;
  • Knowledge of product development best practices such as CI, end-to-end testing, and operational responsibility;
  • Ability to deliver high-quality features while meeting important deadlines;
  • Ability to assess the impact of API changes and to write technical and user guides;
  • You possess great collaboration skills to work with product designers in creating a UX that meets customers' needs;
  • You are a Proactive learner, and open communicator with a strong feeling of responsibility for delivering value;
  • You are a clear team player, detail-oriented, and creative with a passion for innovation;
  • You are excited to build a hospitality platform that can serve literally any hotel or housing facility on our planet – and beyond.
What You’ll Be Up To:
  • Taking ownership of implementing a specific feature end to end and delivering it on time;
  • Managing the priorities in the backlog balancing business value with time spent on each story and Ensuring the team is producing the desired output;
  • Writing and continuously updating a product requirements document (PRD) and breaking down a PRD into stories for engineers to refine and implement;
  • Empowering the crew providing explanations for team members and aligning them on deadlines;
  • Communicate new feature deliveries to internal and external stakeholders;
  • Being the information hub and talking about jobs to be done, pains and gains instead of solutions.
