As the Engineering Manager for the Quality Excellence Team, you will lead and grow a hybrid team of Android, iOS, and Web Engineers that work at the intersection of quality, platform and product engineering. The Quality Excellence Team uplevels quality on an ongoing basis by working across the entire Pinterest product to address issues that work against our goal to ship high-quality experiences to Pinterest users. You will define a vision across these platforms, drive technical excellence, and partner with key stakeholders to prioritize and deliver on the team's roadmap.

What you’ll do:

• Lead a team of Android, iOS, and Web Engineers to uplevel quality across these three platforms
• Support your team in developing new skills and advancing their careers
• Drive technical excellence and partner with key stakeholders to define and deliver on the team's roadmap

What we’re looking for:

• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of at least one of the following platforms: Android, iOS, or Web
• Strong communication, people development, and software project management skills
• Ability to deliver on goals and form long-term strategies around technology, processes, and people
