Role: Receptionist

Location:London; Rosebury Avenue (Onsite; x5 days a week; with rotational shifts)

 

ROLE MISSION

As our Front of House Assistant; you will serve as the face and voice of the OLIVER, so you’ll need to be well-presented, personable and able to keep calm under pressure. Our ethos is ‘To go above and beyond’, so we’re looking for somebody who’s super proactive and doesn’t shy away from getting stuck into whatever task is presented to them; this could range from updating trackers, ordering catering, making sure a meeting room is presentable or even arranging maintenance callouts. On top of this, you will need to be tech-savvy, as you will be required to carry out additional IT duties like programming key fobs. Previous experience with Outlook and Teams is not necessary but beneficial. Organisation and multi-tasking are key to the job role as you will quite often be juggling multiple tasks and requests at once. We’re also looking for someone with a keen, creative eye as you will be supporting the team in arranging events, pitches, and socials.

  • You are approachable, confident, and outgoing with previous front-of-house office experience (ideally!). You will be working in a fun, fast-paced, nurturing environment, so this is a great entry-level role to learn new skills and grow.

  • Raising PO’s
  • Sorting and scanning post
  • Keeping multiple offices stocked up with groceries & stationery
