RECRUITING COORDINATOR | RVPR

The RVPR office is growing and we are currently looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to help us accomplish our long-term growth goals. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support to our dynamic Recruiting team. This opportunity offers high visibility with internal and external stakeholders, and your responsibilities will expand alongside the evolving needs of our business.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide support to the Recruiting team through scheduling and coordinating phone and onsite (or virtual) interviews for a variety of positions and seniority levels within our organization.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills through ongoing verbal and written interactions with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring all communication is prompt, clear, and professional.
  • Cultivate a superior candidate experience for each candidate that you engage with throughout the process.
  • Take ownership of the new hire process, including drafting and sending offer letters, managing background check processes, and facilitating effective onboarding communication.
  • Recognize, propose and implement innovative recruiting strategies to meet the hiring goals for hard to fill and highly specialized positions. 
  • Assist with on-going efforts to build a pipeline of talent for a variety of positions.
  • Provide support with resume review, sourcing qualified candidates and potentially owning job requisitions
  • We work closely with other recruiting teams in our Charlotte Headquarters, you can expect to pitch in and help across teams as needed

What We Are Looking For:

  • Previous experience in administrative roles, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience in coordinating within a recruitment environment is a plus, demonstrating your familiarity with the recruitment process.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), enabling you to effectively manage and organize data and documents.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all your tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, demonstrating your ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Proactive mindset and a passion for thriving in a challenging and rapidly changing work environment.
  • Knowledge of the Puerto Rico market and experience hiring in this location is a plus
