The Challenge

As a OneTrust Renewals Manager, you’ll deliver an exceptional customer experience at the time of renewal – while creatively solving complex customer challenges. You will create and execute quarterly renewals goals through research, negotiation and management of subscription renewal quotes and contracts. 

Your Mission
  • Manage a portfolio of client renewals end-to-end, identifying and helping mitigate roadblocks at an early stage, ensuring successful, on-time, execution of processes and contract execution.  
  • Partner with colleagues in Customer Success and/or Sales teams to provide seamless support during renewals - especially in those renewal cycles that include expansion or add-on opportunity.  
  • Identify and manage client stakeholders and build and maintain relationships with key individuals.  
  • Review and understand contract terms and conditions, work closely with the finance and legal departments to ensure contracts are compliant, and manage contractual documentation.  
  • Identify commercial opportunities to increase Customer’s utilization of the OneTrust platform and work with the sales team to take advantage of any opportunities.  
  • Pro-actively collect, analyze and share customer feedback with colleagues in the professional services, sales, and R&D teams.  
  • Support the growth and further development and automation of renewal processes for the business. 
  • Manages end to end forecast under your territory portfolio of client renewals.  
You Are

You're a go-getter who enjoys solving complex problems. You enjoy collaborating across multiple teams to find the missing pieces of the customer’s puzzle and you don’t settle for anything less than success. You’re eager to grow personally and professionally and you see obstacles as challenges.

  • 3-5 years of customer facing sales and/or Customer success and/or renewals management experience is preferred   
  • Preferred BS degree (preferred in Marketing, Business or Communications)   
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills   
  • Excellent interpersonal and critical thinking skills   
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM solutions is preferred; particularly creating quotes in CPQ and leveraging forecast methodologies.  
  • Experience working with customers  
  • Comfortable in a fast paced & high-volume environment 

For California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington-based candidates: the annual base pay range for this role is listed below. Within this range, individual pay is determined by several factors, including location, job-related skills, work experience, and relevant education and/or training. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, equity, and/or commissions, as well as benefits.

Salary Range$87,000—$130,500 USDBenefits
