As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be a key player in driving Pure Storage’s growth in the French market. You will generate new business opportunities, collaborate with marketing and field sales, and contribute directly to the company’s success. Your daily activities will include:
🚀 Lead Qualification & Opportunity Development
- Engage with inbound leads generated from marketing activities such as exhibitions, product launches, roundtables, and online inquiries.
- Research and target key accounts, developing a deep understanding of their business needs.
- Conduct outbound prospecting efforts in partnership with the channel team and marketing to identify and create new sales opportunities.
- Set qualified meetings for field sales representatives to drive pipeline growth.
📊 Collaboration & Sales Execution
- Work closely with Account Executives (AEs) to progress opportunities, handle renewals, and drive upsell projects as needed.
- Support Field Marketing efforts, assisting with outbound campaigns and event promotions.
- Communicate frequently with Marketing to optimize lead generation strategies and ensure alignment on messaging.
- Leverage sales enablement tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn, Discover.org, and InsideSales.com to track and optimize performance.
📣 Customer & Partner Engagement
- Conduct initial virtual presentations to introduce prospects to Pure Storage’s solutions.
- Help drive attendance to partner and customer events through targeted email and phone outreach.
- Work with channel partners to develop joint outbound campaigns and maximize account penetration.
📅 Travel & Industry Knowledge
- Stay informed about the latest storage trends, competitor activities, and industry news to position Pure Storage effectively.
- Participate in 5-10% travel for tradeshows, Enterprise Briefings, and customer meetings.
✅ Fluent French & English (written & verbal)✅ Consistent track record of exceeding quota & successfully generating new business✅ Strong ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to shifting tasks, and meet deadlines ✅ Excellent communication, prospecting, and presentation skills ✅ Passion for technology sales and ability to articulate Pure Storage's business value ✅ 1+ year sales experience (preferably in storage or IT solutions)✅ Must be legally authorized to work in France (no visa sponsorship)
📍 Hybrid Role: Based in our Paris office, expected 3 days per week on-site as part of Pure’s Hybrid Work Policy (flexibility based on business needs).
