We are on a steep growth curve, and we are looking for a Sales Intern to support our DACH and Netherlands team and play a key role in expanding our presence in the region. This is a unique opportunity to learn, grow, and gain hands-on experience in a high-impact sales environment within a fast-moving international company.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals, with a focus on delivering great customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Customer Success) to ensure smooth handovers and seamless communication.
  • Leverage our CRM to manage your leads, analyse data, export reports, and build actionable and data-driven insights.
  • Assist in identifying new sales channels, lead sources, and outreach strategies to improve conversion rates.
  • Gain deep knowledge of Habyt’s housing portfolio and services to confidently communicate our value proposition.
  • Work with targets and KPIs, learning to set measurable goals and track impact.

Your Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • Previous internship or academic project in sales, business operations, startups, or consulting is a strong plus.
  • International exposure (study/work abroad) is highly valued.
  • Full-working proficiency in English is required, and ideally an A2 level in German.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort using digital tools, including CRM systems and social media platforms.
  • A self-starter mindset: proactive, resourceful, and comfortable in a fast-paced, unstructured environment.
  • Passionate about startups, real estate, and making a real impact in a growing company.
