This role is located in Somerville, MA - We are a hybrid work environment and are in the office 3+ days/per week.

About You

You're driven, analytical, highly organized, and eager to get hands-on experience in the world of B2B tech and sales operations. You're a natural problem-solver who enjoys digging into data, optimizing processes, and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. You're a clear communicator who can ask the right questions and learn quickly, and you're excited to help a fast-growing company be more efficient and data-driven.

What skills do I need?

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program (or recent graduate) in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with a foundational understanding of data and business metrics.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and curious, with a desire to learn about sales, marketing, and the tools that power them.
  • A "no task is too small" attitude and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Operations Support: Handle day-to-day requests from the sales team, including basic system troubleshooting, user support, and report generation.
  • Data Hygiene: Be the first line of defense for data quality. You'll run regular audits, identify duplicates, and ensure our sales data is clean, accurate, and ready for reporting.
  • Data & Reporting: Help pull data and build reports in Salesforce and other platforms. Ensure our key sales metrics are accurate and accessible.
  • Process Documentation: Help document our data workflows and system processes, creating clear guides to ensure consistency and efficiency across the team.
